Well I don’t expect SUNY New Paltz students will be hopping a jet to the left coast for this enticing exhibition about the emergence of the Renaissance in Florence, opening today at The Getty in Malibu. But for those in Professor Konowitz’s Art of the Renaissance in Italy and Professor Kerner’s course in Late Medieval: Gothic, there’s lots of informative content illuminating the context in which these exquisite works were produced.
